allposesgradientJen Hitt teaches Hatha Yoga with an emphasis on alignment, awareness, and meditation. Her work as a professional musician and singer allows her to bring unique emphasis on breath, sound, and music in her teaching.

“My first yoga classes were in 1998. Yoga was offered as a gym class at my university. A full year of gym was required to graduate and yoga interested me more than badminton or weight lifting. Stan, my first yoga teacher, had a thick Texan accent, a big round belly, and toes that stretched for miles. He continually emphasized the ability of the asanas to open the mind to the truth in the universe. I was hooked immediately.”



Jen has received her Registered Yoga Teacher certification (RYT 200) from Yoga Alliance.
